Refund policy
At Vistanue Decor, each product is crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. As our curtains are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe, or a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
