At Vistnue Decor, all orders are carefully processed and dispatched with attention to detail. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and logistics partner availability. As our products are made-to-order and quality-checked before dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once placed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. Any such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
